Clinical Description

Collagen production, tissue repair, skin tightening, hair regrowth, wound healing, inflammation reduction, oxidative stress reduction, cosmetic and longevity protocols

Mechanism of Action - Recovery & Tissue Repair Pathway

Gene Expression
Activates 4,000+ genes controlling tissue remodeling, antioxidant defense, and stem cell activation.
Collagen & Elastin
Stimulates fibroblast production of collagen I, III, and elastin.
Copper Transport
Chelated Cu²⁺ acts as cofactor for lysyl oxidase and superoxide dismutase.
Anti-Inflammatory
Suppresses TNF-α and IL-1β while promoting resolution of post-procedural inflammation.
Starting Dose
2–5mg daily (subcutaneous) or 1–2mg daily (topical)
Initiation phase for tolerance and baseline response.
Titration

Preparation Protocol
  1. GHK-CU se suministra como polvo liofilizado.
  2. GHK-CU debe reconstituirse con agua bacteriostática antes de su uso.
  3. El volumen de reconstitución varía ligeramente según el tamaño del vial para mantener una dosificación sencilla.
1
Verify Lyophilized Powder
Confirm the vial contains an intact white or off-white powder cake. Check lot number and expiration date.
2
Gather Sterile Supplies
Required: bacteriostatic water (BW), 1 mL insulin syringe, alcohol swabs, sharps container. Confirm all supplies are sterile and within date.
⚠️ Use only bacteriostatic water. Standard sterile water significantly reduces peptide stability.
3
Select Reconstitution Volume
Choose BW volume based on vial size and target concentration. See Reconstitution Guide tab for exact volumes per strength.
4
Reconstitute the Vial
Wipe stopper with alcohol swab. Inject BW slowly along the glass wall — never directly onto the powder. Allow liquid to run down the sides.
⚠️ Do not shake. Gently swirl or roll between palms (30–60 sec). Shaking causes irreversible peptide degradation.
5
Inspect & Store
Solution should be clear and colorless or slightly yellow. Discard if cloudy or particulate. Store reconstituted at 2–8°C, use within 28 days. Label with date.
