Who we sell to

BioElevate sells to the general public. Our products are offered as research-use-only (RUO) compounds and are not sold, marketed, or intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.

What our products are

All products in our catalog are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes. They are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for use in humans or animals, and they are not dietary supplements, drugs, cosmetics, or foods.

Product listings and descriptions are provided for informational and research-reference purposes only. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a recommendation to use any product for personal health, wellness, or medical purposes.

How the classification works (simplified)

In the United States, compounds sold as "research use only" occupy a distinct category from approved drugs or compounded prescription medications:

They are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Legal sale as RUO material depends on the product being used strictly for legitimate research purposes, not for personal consumption.

It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with how their jurisdiction treats RUO compounds, as laws vary by state, country, and product.

What you're responsible for as a buyer

When you purchase from BioElevate, you take on responsibility for:

Confirming that purchase, possession, and use of each product is legal in your jurisdiction.
Using products strictly for research purposes, not for human or animal consumption.
Maintaining proper storage, handling, and cold-chain practices after receipt.
Complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

Our quality commitment

Every product we supply is tested for purity (>=99% by HPLC), identity (mass spectrometry), and endotoxin levels. You receive a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis with every order. We do not supply products that do not meet these standards.

Products are stored and shipped at 2-8C with validated cold-chain packaging. Temperature logs are available on request.
