Clinical Description

Tissue repair, inflammation reduction, recovery acceleration, cell migration, angiogenesis, wound healing, connective tissue repair, muscle healing, ligament healing, joint healing, injury recovery, post-surgical recovery

Mechanism of Action - Performance & Endurance Pathway

Actin Sequestration
Binds G-actin to regulate cytoskeleton, enabling rapid cell migration to sites of tissue damage.
Systemic Tissue Repair
Promotes differentiation of progenitor cells across multiple tissue types.
Anti-Inflammatory
Downregulates NF-κB and inflammatory cytokines throughout the body.
Cardiac Protection
Demonstrated cardioprotective effects including post-MI tissue salvage.
Starting Dose
2–5mg per injection 1–2 times per week
Initiation phase for tolerance and baseline response.
Titration
2.5–5 mg
Maintenance Range
2.5 mg
Adjust based on objective outcomes and physician review.
Suggested Dosing Notes

Dosis típica:2 a 5 mg por inyección

Frecuencia:1 o 2 veces por semana

Ciclo:La fase de carga común dura de 4 a 6 semanas, seguida de mantenimiento

Preparation Protocol
  1. TB-500 se suministra como polvo liofilizado.
  2. TB-500 debe reconstituirse con agua bacteriostática antes de su uso.
  3. Elija el volumen de reconstitución según el tamaño del vial para facilitar la dosificación.
1
Verify Lyophilized Powder
Confirm the vial contains an intact white or off-white powder cake. Check lot number and expiration date.
2
Gather Sterile Supplies
Required: bacteriostatic water (BW), 1 mL insulin syringe, alcohol swabs, sharps container. Confirm all supplies are sterile and within date.
⚠️ Use only bacteriostatic water. Standard sterile water significantly reduces peptide stability.
3
Select Reconstitution Volume
Choose BW volume based on vial size and target concentration. See Reconstitution Guide tab for exact volumes per strength.
4
Reconstitute the Vial
Wipe stopper with alcohol swab. Inject BW slowly along the glass wall — never directly onto the powder. Allow liquid to run down the sides.
⚠️ Do not shake. Gently swirl or roll between palms (30–60 sec). Shaking causes irreversible peptide degradation.
5
Inspect & Store
Solution should be clear and colorless or slightly yellow. Discard if cloudy or particulate. Store reconstituted at 2–8°C, use within 28 days. Label with date.
